ihaaattttee my soy allergy

so i have a very low percentage in my vitamin d so i needed to take a pill a week for some months. it turns out i cant even take them cuz there is a chance that they may contain soybean oil. and i can barely take anything that does have vitamin d because of soy or corn or wheat or peanuts. -____- what a mess.
